Registration is required for all programs and accurate information must be provided. Payment must be made in full (or per a payment plan, if offered) before participation. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in the program's refund policy.

Refunds are only issued for injury prior to the program start or if a program is canceled by Alethico FC. Refunds are not issued for personal scheduling conflicts, and make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

All players, parents, and coaches are expected to maintain respectful, positive behavior at all times. Alethico FC reserves the right to remove participants who violate this standard without a refund.

Alethico FC is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or personal damages that occur during participation. All participants play and train at their own risk.

You agree not to misuse the website or disrupt its functionality. All content including photos, logos, and text is owned by Alethico FC and may not be used without permission.

Alethico FC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.
